Kinateder and John Zahares have the leadership and focus needed to combine simple materials and qualified craftspersons, and achieve masonry excellence.

Fred A. Kinateder is the Chief Executive Officer of FKMI. Even with the numerous duties on a day-to-day basis, his passion for the masonry industry does not stop there. Fred is an Officer and Board Member on various masonry associations. He is involved with the Mason Contractors Association of Milwaukee (MCAM), Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA), The International Masonry Institute (IMI), The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Allied Construction Employers Association (ACEA), and The International Council of Employers of Union Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (ICE). Dedication and involvement with these associations keeps him abreast with all new technology, innovative advances, union concerns, and building code redevelopments.

John Zahares, acting Chief Operations Officer of FKMI, brings thirty years of masonry experience to the company. He is a graduate of The International Masonry Institute Contractor College. John provides the "know-how" to get the job done in a timely, efficient and safe manner, while maintaining a high standard of quality that has become the norm from FKMI. These qualifications make John one of the foremost authorities and a respected leader in the masonry industry.
