Established in 1990, Kinateder Masonry is a union masonry subcontractor focused on living the values of quality, timeliness and safety in every project we undertake. These core values were instilled from the beginning by our co-founders, Fred Kinateder Sr. and John Zahares.

Our offices located in Waukesha, Wisconsin and Kansas City, Missouri, make us strategically located to take on any commercial project of any size. Kinateder's presence in the Southeastern Wisconsin market has been established for almost 20 years. Commercial projects in that market include public buildings, corporate headquarters, churches, schools and unique landmarks, such as the Harley-Davidson Museum, Miller Park, and the Milwaukee Theatre.

With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and extensive contacts in the Missouri area, Mitch DiCarlo heads up our Kansas City operations. Key projects in that market include Blue Valley SW High School, UMKC Oak Street West Development Phase II, and KCI Airfield Project.
