Safety Standards Safety is among the top concerns in the construction industry today. There is a constant struggle to maintain high production without sacrificing the safety of personnel. At Fred Kinateder Masonry Inc. we have full time safety superintendents who receive on-going training. Our safety superintendents monitor FKMI's job sites daily to prevent unsafe work environments. We provide employee training in forklift operation, scaffold building, motorized scaffold operation, silica awareness and ergonomic controls in the form of classes taught by our superintendents, and outside consultants.
At Kinateder Masonry Inc., we have shown our commitment to safety by joining the Chase-Wisconsin Partnership program at the five star level. We have been a member of this program since February 2005.
